Our Prayers and strength individually, as a nation, and world, go out to everyone affected by this horrific tragedy.

The senseless deaths, the unbelievable loss of life and limb, the many dozens of injured people and the countless lives that have forever been changed by the Boston Marathon bombing.

‘Food’ We Should Not Eat!

We know a lot about of what we shouldn’t eat, it’s pretty obvious “If it walks like a duck…” and yet many of us still do it consistently, at our own peril.

The ‘immediate’ and  ‘long term’ effects of doing so can be a catastrophic assault on many fronts for both our mental and physical health.

The things we shouldn’t eat is a small (GIGANTIC) change we can make today without overwhelming ourselves.  It is no harder to walk into our produce section than it is to walk down an aisle full of processed ‘food’.  It’s that simple, but do we want to do it?

Many screech “I haven’t got the time”, as I’ve heard before from some of those I know.

I disagree, we put forth hours of endless time to watch our TV shows, movies and apps.

When I buy my 4-legged owners their food, I have come to make sure there is no soy, corn and wheat in it.  I’ve read enough articles on what it can do to their systems, etc.

Will it be important for your personal well-being, for those you love, know and care about and for the wonderful, fantastic 4-legged people in your life who make this world a better place.

This ‘poster’ is a friendly reminder for all of us, and by cold hard statistics 1/3 of Americans ‘care’ about health, exercise and fitness while the other 2/3′s don’t give a give a damn or is it more like don’t give a f-ck?

I mean seriously, how many times do we have to be told?

I am clear about the damning of America’s poverty upon people, which now affects around 46,000,000 Americans!!  Understandably, exercise, health and fitness is probably not a top of mind priority, but the basic human survival of how am I going to make it to the next fucking day without losing my mind.

And for the many who are able to do, act and know about exercising, eating right, drinking water, reading labels, taking supplements, proper medication, etc. then we need to do it!

Somehow help others along the way to do the same, even if it’s one person, you can make a difference with them.
