Diet sodas equal weight gain? I’m not a health guru, but I found out about this health tip in 1985 and it is unsettling how many people today still don’t know about the side affects of diet drinks.
I am no saint, I go to fast food restaurants. I order, sit down and eat like the majority of my fellow Americans. However, here is where we can all make a difference. When you open the door, make a choice to make a conscious choice for health–in a fast food restaurant!
When I’m at El Pollo Loco I remove the skin from the chicken, I order pinto beans and coleslaw as a side. I decline the tortillas and have water with lemon. At Carl’s Jr I get the low carb burger (the lettuce is the bun) no cheese and again water with lemon and no fries or onion rings.
I got tired of looking at my stomach in the mirror every time I was ready to shower. Enough of tummy land, I was motivated to regain control before I morphed into a belly. You will do the same.
Do something with this health tip, utilize your brain and make a choice for your health today, before you put the next piece of food in your mouth.
