Healthy Living: So How Is Your Exercise Going?
Healthy living or dead. I think I will find a way to enlarge this picture and wall paper it in every room of my house. I will post it to my front door, put in on my car dashboard and use it as a screen saver.
What a wonderful reminder that healthy living is maintained, enhanced and greatly expanded through the determination and vitality of exercise.
Look, I know we all have busy, hectic, more than what we think any person could possibly handle or endure schedules. There are days when I think my brains are going to come out of my ears and I don’t have children.
I have two cats supportive friends, colleagues and a great mom to expand my healthy living. There usually isn’t a conversation that goes by without my mother asking me about my exercise regimen.
So how is your exercise going? It is the middle of the week and what have you accomplished in the way of exercising? I’m not trying to put a guilt trip on you, quite the opposite. We all have to draw a line in the sand and begin. Life will accommodate itself to what we put out there. Things will shift as you take time out to exercise, I don’t know how, but I know they do, it works for me.
It is amazing how things shift and I feel, on the days I exercise and conversely on the days I don’t. For starters think of all the ways in which you can walk. Walking is the best and greatest. Get a pedometer, they are inexpensive. Make it fun on how many steps you take every day that will increase your experience of healthy living. It’s never over, you still have the rest of the week. Thanks.
