Online Giving-Put Your Heart First
This blog post Online Giving-Put Your Heart First,is from an article I published last week on Ezine Articles. Knowing what most Mondays are like for people…
The last thing you’re thinking about is changing the world and making a difference, as you trudge through a mound of emails at the beginning of the week.
Here’s the article, and remember your ability to change someone’s life is only a fingertip away!
Online giving is not limited to your financial contribution. Albeit, a monetary stipend is a valuable way to give and make a difference. Giving from the heart is a viable alternative. Costing nothing and demanding more than your wallet ever will!
Participation in online giving can be expressed through, given to and received by others with your heart felt generosity. Do you know your heart is sixty times more powerful in amplitude than your brain?
Your heart is the center of your being, as is the sun for the earth. Any ideas you previously held about your heart is old news and inadequate information at best. Be amazed at the great stuff you’ll find when you research further.
How does this relate to online giving? For starters, trust your heart’s intuitive ability and let it guide, form and build lasting relationships. Because this is what online giving is about. Think about how many people you meet online in the course of any given day? How many of your ‘favorite morning beverage’ places would you have to visit daily to interact with so many people?
Online giving, and all giving for that matter, begins and ends with people. Giving is priceless. The value you deliver to people online is no less than a miracle when you think about it. The shere act of placing your hands on the keyboard and knowing your input will comfort, inspire and touch people worldwide. People you know and don’t know and will now know.
Countless times throughout your busy day, you make a difference in the life of someone and everyone. Your drop in the bucket is significant! The whole world is at the fingertips of your heart strings.
Conversely, how many times have you answered the phone from a telemarketer? How did you say no to them? Did you blow them off and abruptly hang up on them? Or politely say I’m not interested and wish them well?
I used to do the former and I now do the latter. More than once there has been a pause from the person calling on the other end of the phone, because these brave souls don’t expect respect, good manners and common courtesy.
A unique and powerful difference is made through online giving by being yourself. When you turn on your computer, give more than a nano second of thought before you throw out a few words, send a send, forward or reply back. The daily dose of satiracal scenes, jokes and chain letters doesn’t count.
Be timely in responding back to people. To a friend, colleague, acquaintance, boss, your mom, spouse. Give people the same respect you deserve. Late Iast night I responded back to a friend who had emailed me a couple hours earlier. I received a warm compliment from them the following afternoon. It’s that kind of stuff that makes our day.
Make positive comments online. Build, uplift and empower people with those comments. You would want the same. Help people out, a mere suggestion in the right direction will last for miles.
When you are being invited to an event, group or business opportunity and aren’t interested, rsvp back. Whatever you do, don’t ignore it, unless you think it is a virus or spam. Respond with a couple of positive sentences, even though you may be saying no. Human worth is the most important capital.
Your online giving make a positive difference and creates a ripple effect of goodwill. Wishing you all the best.
To your success, Chad.

I really enjoyed this article. Making a genuine and positive comment costs nothing but has great value. We all could use more of that!
