Because of the serious nature of this article I wanted to post it here right away.

I take personal health and my accountability to it seriously, and by no stretch am I perfect at it. Will you be one of the millions of heart disease statistics?

I also take it personally and very much to heart when I see millions of people I live with, have such little regard for the life God gave them. Will you be one of the millions of heart disease statistics? I know there are extenuating circumstances for some,I understand that.

Billions of people on earth are starving and over 1.4 billion a day don’t have adequate water to drink. Depending on the data, 60-70% of Americans are overweight. Will you be one of the millions of heart disease statistics? People that’s a problem!

Those of you who are familiar with SEO optimization and keyword research will be amazed. The local search volume on Google Keyword Tool Box for different variations on heart disease was small compared to numerous other topics. Gee…am I surprised.
