It’s Monday, Our Local Gym Is Waiting For You!
It’s Monday and the first day of a new business week. Everything is in your favor for you to start the week out right, by working out. So, get out after work and go to your local gym, today!
You’re thinking ‘right’…I can barely crawl through Monday and I’m supposed to march to the gym?! The answer is an emphatic YES!
I know what Mondays are like, I was formerly in the world of retail management and we packed what seemed like 3 days of incredible effort, hard work, struggle and strategy into one Monday alone. And I know it is no different for most business.
Of all days…this is the day you, we, need to get to our local gym! Getting to your gym on a Monday is a huge breakthrough and fitness win. It is a victory in of itself for you!
It kicks off the week, breaks through our self-imposed barriers and put us in a different state of mind, with a real sense of accomplishment. We embrace a take charge attitude of our health and well-being!
No matter who you are, you are the master of your life. You may walk out of work, or reach the end of your day on Monday and feel like pulling the comforter over your eyes until Saturday morning. However, by the simple, powerful act of going to the gym, you have much more than overcome a Monday!
DO IT, you will feel it, and know what countless others have felt. You will see them at the gym tonight. You are a great person, you have incredible inner strength, take the time this Monday and put your health into action. You deserve it!
