Our Local Gym Is Waiting For You,So Is Your Brain
Our,your local gym is no longer calling out to you. Your local gym is shouting for you to get back to your exercise routine!
Do you remember the movie “Little Shop Of Horrors”? Where the plant commands ‘FEED ME’! Your brain is giving you the same command when it comes to exercising,so quit resisting!
I know who you are and I have been there, and had given myself a 100 reasonable excuses on why I couldn’t make it to the gym. The only thing about excuses is,there are none! Excuses hold the same merit and validity of a morning fog.
I reached a point where I said enough of this bullsh-t and got my butt back to my local gym, into a swimming routine! You just have to DO IT!
When I ‘run’ into a 92 year old gentleman riding his bicycle next to me,or an incredible looking woman who is 94 years old,and looks like she is in her late 60′s. You tell me why you can’t make it to your local gym? And there is no ‘why’!!
Your brain and your mental state of mind will improve dramatically! I wrote about this yesterday, because it is so important! It is your life, your brain, your body. When you get to your local gym,and exercise, you are making both a short and long term investment in your health!
No coincidence, here is some great info from Dr. Joseph Mercola’s newsletter from February 2nd: “Physical exercise may protect against mild cognitive impairment by means of the production of nerve-protecting compounds, greater blood flow to the brain, improved development and survival of neurons and the decreased risk of heart and blood vessel diseases.”
Get to your local gym TODAY! Go look in the mirror and say to yourself-I matter! You do matter!!
Get moving!
Your the Best,Chad

Chad! Good info! I always new about endorphins but the ting about dulling pain is a great piece. I Always feel my best after a great game of soccer or skiing my legs off.
I like what you say about just doing it. It seems like excuse-itis can flare up right before a scheduled workout.
