Got Poop? How Much?
We all got poop,how much poop we’re carrying around with us is the real question? And let me state up front,that I’m not giving medical advice in any way,shape,form or making any kind of attempt to diagnose,cure,etc.
I thought I would take a pause from my exercise/gym posts today (no you’re not off the hook,so grab your towel,bag and sweats,and get going!) to discuss poop. Yuck,civilized people just don’t talk about poop in polite society.
I have news for you,civilized people don’t walk around carrying a reported average of anywhere from 6-25lbs. of excess waste,otherwise known as fecal matter.
Got poop,will travel. Think of all that alleged poop sitting inside you,as your unwanted traveling companion. Day and night,night and day.
There is massive information available on your intestinal system,staying regular,and colon cancer. Both medical and alternative health modalities.
Wherever you go,there you are,got poop,no matter how far. How dirty is your brain? Is your brain bowl like your toilet bowl? How clean and healthy is your colon? How many times a day are you pooping,only you know? Are you constipated? Do you groan and strain to get it ‘all’ out,sounding like an old-time choo-choo train?
What are you eating? How much fiber is in your diet? How much water do you drink? Sodas aren’t water (duh,I know they have water in them). Only you can take charge and control of your health. Pooping is a big deal. Colon cancer is the number three cancer killer in the United States.
I can’t make the decisions for you. However,I can tell you to take care of yourself!
