Is a fitness routine too much of an inconvenience for you? Don’t ask yourself. Ask your heart!

And I don’t mean all that gooey“Well it just doesn’t feel right to exercise right now,my higher self said it’s ok not to” garbage! Heart disease is the the NUMBER ONE KILLER of Americans!

The Mayo Clinic published a great article yesterday,Friday, on the 7 benefits of exercise. Get out and exercise TODAY!

Unless you are in the Blizzard of the Century (since 1922) on the Mid-Atlantic,and other parts of the country that are experiencing severe weather! Foremost,be smart,stay safe and keep updated on what is happening weather wise.

When will a fitness routine become convenient for you? It’s not just about you going to the gym. There are numerous ways to get exercise. Walking,taking the stairs,at home routines, and on and on and on…

I keep harping on this and I will keep harping on you to get marching into a fitness routine!  I am doing it for YOU! As I would want someone to do it for me! Almost every time my mom and I speak,she asks me about a fitness routine.

How was my exercise this week,whether swimming,walking and how many times did I get out to the gym,is the question? My mom is a great example, she has practiced a fitness routine of exercise consistently,in some form,most of her life.

Make the decision to get in a fitness routine of some kind,TODAY! You count!
