Is A Fitness Routine An Inconvenience For You?

Is A Fitness Routine An Inconvenience For You?

Is a fitness routine too much of an inconvenience for you? Don’t ask yourself.  Ask your heart!

And I don’t mean that crap about“Well it just doesn’t feel right to exercise right now, my higher self said it’s okay not to” garbage”! Heart disease is the the NUMBER ONE KILLER of Americans!

The Mayo Clinic published a great article on the 7 benefits of exercise.  Get out and exercise TODAY!

…Unless you are stuck in a Blizzard of the Century in the middle of May somewhere?

When will a fitness routine become convenient for you? It’s not just about you going to the gym.  There are numerous ways to get exercise.  Walking, taking the stairs, at home routines, and on and on.

I will keep harping on you to get marching into a fitness routine, until you get marching into a fitness routine!  I am doing this for YOU! As I would want someone to do it for me! Almost every time my mom and I speak, she asks me about my fitness routine.

How was my exercise this week, swimming, walking and how many times did I get out to the gym, is the question? My mom is a great example, she has practiced a fitness routine of exercise consistently, in some form, most of her entire life.

Make the decision to get in a fitness routine of some kind today, no one can do it for you!

You count!

To your Heart, Chad

I couldn’t agree more. It doesn’t matter what fitness routine you choose, just choose and get started. People will be amazed at what happens to their health when they start a routine.

I agree as a personal trainer that heart disease IS the number one killer of Americans. I have been in the health field for over 25 years and this does seem to be the main issue but which is also so easily fixed!

I agree that exercise and a healthy diet are very important. I also feel that the best way to improve your fitness is to find some form of exercise that you enjoy. It is not supposed to be a punishment.
