Don’t Leave Home Without Doing Something!

Don’t leave home without you getting a fitness and health routine in place on a daily basis. When you do,and the DO is today! You will leave with a great sense of accomplishment walking out the front door.

Gee, a novel thought…you may just have to get up earlier to get into a routine. You’re fortunate,you have a home,many don’t. So get over yourself and quit whining. I can hear you on my side of the PC.

Be clear,I’m not handing out medical advice or trying to diagnose,cure or raise the dead. However,I do want you to care about your health. What you do at home is simple,basic and powerful! Don’t leave home without it.

Things like,thank God before you get out of bed! Eat a healthy breakfast,have an apple or banana,drink an extra glass of water,taking time to poop, do some sit ups/push ups,morning stretches,before you get into the shower. Don’t leave home without telling people you love them.

You get the idea (I hope). Realize you matter at all levels.  You are worthy of the gift of good Health!
