Let Your Fitness Headquarters Begin With You
You are your own fitness headquarters! Whatever you are doing or not doing about your fitness! Only you can know your 2010 fitness routine or reckless lack thereof!
Your mirror knows…your heart knows!!!
If your fitness routine isn’t where you want it to be, stop the bad, quit being lazy and move forward!
On a Sunday morning workout show I watched last weekend, someone I respect (even though I don’t know him) because it is self-evident he ‘walks’ his workout, said, “Do your best, forget the rest.”
Begin with those words and don’t look back! It’s a new day!
Your fitness headquarters is YOU. It begins and ends with you, and the choices you make everyday, all day, about your health.
So drink water, have an apple or handful of almonds, take the stairs, do some sit ups before work. If you don’t have anything pressing on the way home tonight, make a detour to the gym. Excuses don’t count and the remote control is not ‘pressing’! You are your fitness headquarters! Do you get it??
Know matter who you are and what you do, is effected now, by the choices of healthy living, exercise and fitness that YOU take action on today. I could be writing about anything, however, it will always interspersed with fitness-mental, physical and spiritual.
