Dynamic fitness is the very fact that you are doing something for your health today and everyday in infinite ways. Yes,infinite!
Dynamic fitness means that you are doing something,and not just thinking about doing something. Taking action for instance!
No one is stopping you from a healthy choice/fitness routine but yourself. I know from personal experience,the hardest thing is walking out the front door and putting the key into the ignition,or saying no to bad food choices.
After that,the line in the sand has been drawn. Quit stopping yourself with a firewall of excuses. Wake up,take action and do something for yourself,your life and those you love.
