Take action when action is the last thing you want to do. Take action when exercise is that thing you keep shoving down your list of priorities for the day.

Take action when you know exercise is one of the first things you can be doing today. Take action when on the way home from work tonight you can take time out for the gym.

Take action when you have 30 minutes to spare,you can open your front door,and take a walk around your neighborhood. Just 30 minutes a day of moderate walking can add years to your life?

Exercise is a daily miracle of life. When you do it you body,heart,mind and everything else in between responds. It isn’t just about exercise,the whole process is so much greater than that. Get into a regular routine and more than pounds will drop off. How about a clearer perspective on life?

Don’t trust me,try it consistently and see. The key word is consistent! You will take action when you take action!
