It’s Men’s Health Week, Quit Eating So Much ‘White Stuff’! (For Good!)

And not just because it’s Men’s Health Week!  And not just because you may make some flaccid effort to only do it for this week, albeit, that would be a miracle in of itself for many of you!

There will be some of you that will do it forgoing just one break, just one snack or just one meal,  and you will think somehow in your lizard mind that you made progress?!

THINK AGAIN!  IN FACT…THINK!!!

THINK EVERY TIME BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH & PUT SOMETHING IN IT!!!

I know, because I had to train myself consciously to do the same thing!

THINK…have brown rice instead of white rice, a banana instead of a donut, you can get a low-carb burger where the BUN is the lettuce, how many pieces of bread do you have to have?

There are these things called Fruit & Vegetables, you may have to Google them to re-fresh your brain cells, let alone your Heart and Arteries…or better yet, walk down the P-R-O-D-U-C-E section of your supermarket!

DO SOMETHING! It’s your LIFE, where did you get this idea that you’re not worth it??  WAKE UP and take control of your Health!
