The Hardest Thing About Doing It, Is DOING IT!

The first thing about losing weight is RECOGNIZING it! And no doubt see your physician or healthcare provider for responsible advice on how.
Bottom line it’s up to YOU, whether you want to lose 10 pounds, 20 pounds, 100 pounds and greater.
Go to Google and type in “pictures of people losing weight”. If that doesn’t inspire, you might want to pray.
Start with your first day and get through it, with a litany of ‘first’s’ for the ENTIRE day. When you do this, it’s a huge victory for you!
Break up the day into segments, get through breakfast and have a healthy one, have a banana, apple or handful of almonds for a mid-morning snack.
Even if you go to a fast food place for lunch, drink water (w/a lemon?), no fries. I know it’s hard to comprehend, but you can order a burger without the bun and cheese!! Do you get my drift or do I need to further droll on…?
Demand of yourself, beginning with the first thing you put in your mouth in the morning (or the middle of the night?). And I can’t repeat it enough, think CONSCIOUSLY before you open your mouth and stuff something in it!!
Because if you screw up in the morning, the likelihood is that you’re going to screw up all day!? There is a great axiom, “We eat to live” (NOT, “We live to eat”).
It’s about accountability, YOU being accountable to you. And DOING IT! Everytime you make it through half the day and again, the entire day, is a major WIN! It works me!
I wish you the absolute best of success in your healthy weight loss. Be inspired by countless others who are doing the same at this very moment. They are a great Team!
To your health, Chad
