Your Exercise, Health And Fitness-Do Just One Thing!?

The FIRST key to your success in mandating a exercise, health and fitness routine for yourself…is to begin, start somewhere and DO SOMETHING!

The reason your life isn’t changing in the realm of exercise, health and fitness is because your lazy!  Seriously!  You can always do something, anything.

So move it and focus on one thing?!  I was speaking with a good friend a couple of nights ago, and she has lost 10 pounds in two weeks!

Number one, she is DOING something!  She decided to stop eating the ‘white stuff’ and processed foods.  And is sticking to it!  Plus she has (is) incorporated fruits and vegetables with her meals and snacks.  This is her ‘One Thing’. 

One friend has stopped drinking 1/2 dozen sodas and sweetened juices throughout his day, and switched to drinking the ‘clear stuff’ (no, not vodka).  When you have a moment, Google ‘the benefits of water’.  Just read the articles on the first page…instead of going to your Social Media sites (for once).

 Another friend makes it a point to go to the gym every morning before work.  I do know in some way, it is possible for you to have a daily exercise routine, of some kind.   My mother is going strong with a daily exercise routine for over 50 years, and counting!

Decide your one thing and do it.  The thing is, you have to do it!  Quit talking and thinking about, DO IT!
