Get back home to the gym today!  Put yourself into action and re-commit to this powerful health routine you once embraced. Whatever excuse you have held onto in not getting back to the gym, is a bunch of crap! 

Your heart, brain and muscles aren’t interested in debilating health.  May be you are, but they aren’t!  Your emotional, mental and physical state of wellness is screaming for exercise.

When you don’t feel like going to the gym, is exactly the right time for you to get going!  I can’t tell you how many times I have been ‘kicking and screaming’ all the way to the gym.  The hardest part for me is walking out the front door and putting the key into the ignition.  After that, it’s a done deal.

I made a non-negotiable pact with myself to get back home to the gym 5 days a week, every week!   On the days I don’t go, I take a three mile walk in my neighborhood.

There is no magic pill to take for you to get back home to the gym.  Stop your incessant whining, get out of your head, and do it!  You need to consider the gym as your home away from home, a place we you can re-focus, refresh and re-balance. All through the immutable movement and benefits of exercise.

The pressure and stress of daily living can be tremendous.  Married, single, divorced, young, old, gay and straight. Everyone has problems, challenges and seemingly insurmountable issues.  Get back home to the gym today! 

Where you are going in life, to a measurable degree, is paved in part by your consistent physical movement, otherwise known as exercise. Getting back home to the gym is more than you think it is-you must believe it!  It has, and is life changing for countless people!

Those of us who fell away and have gotten back into a gym routine see the incredible results.  Get out of the house and connect with people, while getting fit.  If you haven’t joined a gym and broke your commitment commitment to do so the day after New Year’s, do it NOW, TODAY!  This empowering commitment to your health and life will do wonders.

Get back home to the gym and things will be put into greater perspective. You’ll feel better about yourself and changes will happen that you cannot even foresee presently.  Just by going to the gym on a regular basis!  The axiom of “Move it or lose it”, holds true in a variety of powerful ways.  The gym is about you joining others, who are seriously committed to their health in heart, mind and body.  Get going, get moving, you matter!
