Changing Your Life Is Not Someone Else’s Job!
Changing your life is up to you! You know this, you doing something about it, however, is a different matter! It is easier to get to the moon. When you take control, and how you change the course of your life’s direction is up to you.
Stop blaming others, your job, health, living conditions, your family, your friends, background or the people under your bed. Take action and get moving!
Like a frog in slow boiling water, you have accepted the mediocrity of your current life. You made a conscious decision to get where you are, like it or not. So stop it, move forward and end your pity party now! As Cher said in the movie Moonlight, “Snap out of it!”
I also know there are countless billions suffering worldwide, through unconscionable conditions and horrific circumstances that they did not choose. You can change those things as well for them by the immutable power of your prayer, let alone for yourself!
Changing your life is about you making the distinction of the change you want. You must take responsible action, get off your butt and do something! Be the power point of separation to change your life.
Doors will open you didn’t know existed. Your priorities will rearrange themselves quickly when you take charge of your life and act upon it.
Changing your life demands your involvement. Boldness and determination commands you to rise up, jump in and get wet. Will you continue to walk around the pool ten times or dip your toe in the ocean and run back to shore. Only you can get in and start swimming. And it’s hard to swim when you’re lying six feet under.
Initiate change now at some level of your life. Mandate and implement just one action that is different than before.
You know what needs to change, so start today. Do it mindfully, with thought, and consideration. World events will always be. Changing your life and living it is an inside job!
Get on a consistent exercise routine, eat healthy and stop putting garbage into your body. You’ll be astounded at how your brain and everything else in between will change with you. A new career, a better relationship, weight loss, start paying off your bills, renewing friendships, going back to school, self discipline–what is it?. Figure it out and do it!
There is a great quote by W. H. Murray, go Google it!
You matter, Chad.
