Exercise Health And Fitness, It Is YOURS To Have!
When will YOU wake up, and seriously COMMIT to taking control of your health through exercise, eating (God forbid) daily servings of fruit & vegetables, getting enough fiber, drinking enough water and……?
The list goes on of all the things YOU can do! Not to do these things is just stupid on your part!
Why do I always see the people that shouldn’t be drinking sodas, are the ones drinking huge vats of soda? That’s stupid! When will you listen to your Doctor, she or he cares about you.
When will you start caring about yourself? When will you make that an order?
It’s never too late to start exercising. You have every morning, day and evening in front of you. You have tonight, after work, this WEEKEND, and the rest of your life!
I know what it took for me to get back to a consistent exercise regimen. There is no easy answer, except DOING IT! Start now, TODAY.
