It’s The Water, Stupid!
No, I’m not trying to play Dr. Quack Quack here! I’m not dispensing medical advice, or anything else! Just some questions…for YOU.
I’ve posted written water before and no doubt, will do it again. Here are a few questions to get your lazy reptilian brain to think, and maybe, please Lord, just DO SOMETHING!
Do you think your WATER might be the most important nutrient you can put into YOUR body? (do you think at all, before you open your trap and shove ‘food’ into it?).
What if your replaced all those daily sugar cocktails (it doesn’t matter what guise they come under!) you consume, with WATER?
What if you drank WATER because you weren’t thirsty?
What if the possibility of drinking two 8 ounce glasses of WATER before a meal could encourage weight loss?
Do YOU think that gives you license to go order ‘Super Size’…Yeah it probably does, if you’re like 64% of other Americans!
With all the time you spend on social media sites, will you spend some time on the first page of Google looking at the ‘benefits of WATER’?
When will you wake up? Is it when that other clear liquid will be running into YOUR veins? And it won’t be WATER!
You’re smart, whether you think so or not. Get advice, see your Doctor, take control and do something now!
