I am inspired by what Sir Nicholas Winton did. Why didn’t governments, leaders and media do anything? Anything?

I am reminded of the horror we still perpetuate upon one another while feign walking around living a life of value, as if nothing is happening!
I am reminded of Al Pacino’s comment in ’Devils Advocate’ about God being a “vacant landlord.”
I am reminded of Emily Cady’s statement of Truth: “There is only GOD and everything else is a lie.”
The allies knew as early as 1942 about the ‘Final Solution’. One article I found on the web states it was 1940, and how could we not have known all along? Did we care? Do we care now?
And do you think this was just once? That was then, this is now?
To name a few–American Slavery, the American Indian, Armenia, Colonial Empires,Khmer Rouge, Idi Amin,Indigenous Peoples everywhere, Rwanda, The purges of Stalin, Mao and Tibet, The Inquisition.
Right now–Darfur, North Korea, people are starving in Africa and elsewhere. Hey, I bet you know who the winner was last week on America’s top rated talent and reality shows!
What about our young people?

I Googled Arnold Worldwide Holocaust and discovered a article that was written on January 24th 2008 that is still relevant. Here is an excerpt:
“Franzini sent out video crews in four cities last year, approaching teenagers on city streets, asking them what the Holocaust was. Responses included speculation that the Holocaust took place in Iraq and that Hitler was a Jew fighting against the Nazis. Almost 2/3 of those questioned had little or no idea what the Holocaust was.”
