Where Are You Now?

Where are you now on this year’s fitness commitment for 2012?  If you’ve already given up, then get back on track and stick with this!  Because, YOU will do this!

The absolute foremost thing IS…you must be COMMITTED to yourself!

Somehow, someway, you have to get into your head, no matter how messy your life (and most of our lives are) is, that you count, that you matter, and that you’re worth this!

No matter how much you may not like it, not want to do it-but will do it anyway, trudging through it, slugging it out process, of change…a better, healthier, fitter life, for you that will happen from this point on, in every ‘little thing’ that you DO.

And be consciously committed to the DAY, for no matter what, today’s the only day you’re in, unless you have some unique power to straddle parallel universes .

There’s not eternity, there’s not tomorrow, there’s only today, which is right now!  So quit thinking about it and DO SOMETHING!
