Make A CONSCIOUS Commitment To The Little Things

How did you begin your day today?  Did you get up a few minutes early?  What did you have for breakfast?  Did it consist of anything you can grow?  Or was it ‘wallpaper paste’?

What was the very FIRST thing you drank?

What will you have for a morning snack?  For lunch?  And if you eat at a fast-food place, will you have water instead of a soda?  Will you 86 the fries?  Will you have a burger without the bun?

Will you take the farthest parking space?  The stairs?  Walk around the desk a few times?  Get to the gym, even if it’s for a shorter period of time?

How will you go throughout your day today?  What will you say to yourself?  Will you say “It won’t matter if I don’t, it’s just one little thing”?

So are termites!!
