I’ve written about water before. And redundancy bears repeating! Once again, I am not providing any medical advice or otherwise, in any way, shape or form, etc.
Do you think of your water as a super nutrient?
Is it the most important thing you can put into your body?
How long would you last without it?
Is water one of those things you occasionally imbibe between the vast amounts of sugar concoctions consumed on a daily basis?
Beware…what is a ‘vast amount’ to you on a daily basis?
How much sugar lurks in your sodas, juices, fancy coffees and sweetened teas?
What if you drank water as the ‘norm’? Heaven forbid. How much weight could you begin to shed more easily?
