Unbreakable Health?
Think of it this way and give yourself some credit–you’re already on the road of unbreakable health–versus the road to (getting on) unbreakable health.
Arguably, if it were not so, you wouldn’t be sitting here reading this. In all probability, you would be lying 6 ft. under or sitting in a ‘vase’ on your loved one’s mantle somewhere.
Every step you take, every glass of water you drink, taking your medication (if you’re on medication) on time, flossing after every meal, getting advice on what supplements to take (if you take them), every piece of fruit, vegetable, lean meat, nuts, fiber, etc. you consume, getting to the gym, walking, sticking with an exercise routine…
The list can go on almost indefinitely. All the small decisions and little things you do every day, all day, add up!
And consciously think every time before you open your mouth and put something in it!
Doing this one day at a time is a victory for you.
