How long ago did you resolve to get fit, go to the gym, lose weight, tone up, reduce your body fat index, eat smarter, eat ‘green stuff’, drink water, exercise regularly, discipline your self and…
You are absolutely capable, the caveat is, you must push yourself to DO IT! No matter how much trudging along it takes, it’s worth it for you!
There are countless people that are doing this. It’s a funny thing, every time I go to the gym throughout the week, I see familiar faces, young and older–from ’18 to 90′.
As one of the many motivating messages on the gym kiosk states “We’re all in this together.”
Won’t you join the many? Your heart, brain, arteries and a few other internal ‘peoples’ are waiting…for you. Or maybe they have other ideas?
