Health Tips Congress Won’t Tell You About: Water

The health tips of drinking  an adequate amount of water everyday is long lasting.  Are you bored already?  Drink your water and eliminate the other stuff in your life that goes fizz.  The short video provides a simple, powerful message for your health.  Watch it, 61 seconds is worth your time.

Be grateful for water and stop taking it for granted.  There are over 1,400,000,000  people on earth today who will not have access to safe drinking water.  Go check it out at  http://www.worldometers.info/ Do you really think about your daily aqua intake?  Do you consume eight 8 ounce glasses of water a day or even close to that amount?
